Here in New York, the weather has been playing tricks on us…sometimes it’s almost balmy and the next day it’s crisp. So, I’ve found my Mongolian sheep vest extremely useful. I’m loving exaggerated jackets and vests right now. I’ve seen a lot of options at Zara and H & M. If you want to go for the luxe route, you can find the same one I’m wearing from 3.1 Phillip Lim. So this fall season I’ve been inspired to take my old clothes from past seasons and fix them up to military styles and punk styles, with studs, swarovski crystals, spanish flags, golden buttons and more! Stay tuned for more clothes…

I hope you’re keeping cool this summer. It’s been so hot and sticky here in New York City. I’m counting down the days until the fall! I took a trip into JCREW the other day and I was very impressed with their latest fall collection. I became inspired and picked up a few things. The store is just wonderful for classic pieces. When dressing up or down the simplest thing to do is dress around a classic piece. You can always accessorize a classic piece of clothing to make it edgy, dressy, or even preppy. Throw on a vintage belt, chunky wedges or a special piece of  jewellery and voila you’ve created something personal!
