I took part in an Event call ” Blow Off” to raise money for the victims of the Haiti earthquake. The blow off was described as Australias first coalition uniting hairdresses for charity. Hairdressing’s Hamish Glianos, Wild Life Hair’s Jayne Wild, Sable’s Julianne McGuigan and stylists Phillip Gallo, Barney Martin and Kenneth Stoddart were among the hairdresses who gave up their day to cut and blow dry with all proceed going to Haiti, Along with Myself, Emma Lung Claudia Karvan, Darren McMullen and Laura Csortan all jumping on board to support this amazing event.

09’s Christmas was filled with fun times!
Our lunch was asian inspired food, it was themed this year, it was such amazing food cooked by my Aunty and cousins. We had my Uncle taking our family portraits and group photos, which we get done every year.
A few of my older cousins and I took to my cousins room, cranked the music, had a dance and dressed up in her clothes, shortly after we were joined by most of the family in her medium sized room! it was good fun playing around with them!

By the end of the night after the pudding was lit on fire and the cheesecake was eaten, all 23 of us took a musical instrument and had a family jam session, great time to bond at Christmas.

A few weeks ago Amanda Lepore put on a performance at Sydney nightclub Nevermind. Amanda is NYC most famous Transgender nightclub hostess.. Being the partygoer I am this had to be checked out! She has been the advertising face for Heatherette, M.A.C. (cosmetics), Mego Jeans, Swatch, CAMP Cosmetics to name a few. Also has some funky beats to jump around to… Apparently the amount of work she’s had done could amount to buying 10 houses in NYC whoa!!!

Got away to a friends farm in Berry, Australia. The air alone is enough to recharge your battery but a view like this doesn’t hurt either.

I am enjoying some amazing quality time at home for a few weeks and I just thought I would share with you all some pics of the new Canteen Bandanna (National Bandanna day in Australia is OCTOBER 30th!).

As you can see, it suits my dog Charlie, although  he isn’t such a fan of having it on and having his photo taken! Something that is great about Australia is the availability of natural products we can use. My favorite is the Tinderbox line. I love their cleanser and day time moisturizer. Jurlique (available in many other places in the world) has a great toner and their Calendula cream is a godsend. For makeup removal I simply use Sorbolene cream (cheap and great for the skin), Tea Tree oil for spots and blemishes, and a great sunscreen is an everyday MUST. Bio-oil is an incredible body moisturizer for those super dry skins and helps clear up any dis-colorations and scars too. Lolita Lempicka is my fragrance of choice and a new fav is the amazing Swedish company Byredo parfums who attach fantastic pieces of writing to each fragrance.
