I had the sheer pleasure of catching my Alma Mater, Cal vs Utah in the Battle of the Bands in my town of San Diego in preparation for their Holiday football game: the “Poinsettia Bowl.”  Each band started out at opposite sides of San Diego’s popular down town strip called the “Gaslamp Quarter” and marched and played as they came closer and closer to each other.  When the two bands met, they each battled it out, taking turns with the best music and moves they each had.  At the end of course, I say Cal rocked the jingle bells off Utah!! Go Bears!

A few weeks ago Amanda Lepore put on a performance at Sydney nightclub Nevermind. Amanda is NYC most famous Transgender nightclub hostess.. Being the partygoer I am this had to be checked out! She has been the advertising face for Heatherette, M.A.C. (cosmetics), Mego Jeans, Swatch, CAMP Cosmetics to name a few. Also has some funky beats to jump around to… Apparently the amount of work she’s had done could amount to buying 10 houses in NYC whoa!!!

I was lucky enough to be invited to a Valentino party earlier this week at The Boom Boom Room in The Standard Hotel, NYC. I love any excuse to dress up and it was a great night to see friends and catch up in the new hotel space and see the amazing skyline of NYC

All the freaks came out on Friday & Saturday in NYC for Halloween. Karaoke mayhem, costume madness and good times. I think the photos say it all…

For Halloween, I was Queen for the night as Queen Elizabeth the I! I have to say that my favorite costume of the evening was a partygoer dressed as Ali G, from Da Ali G Show. Doesn’t he look just like Sacha Baron Cohen? I hope everyone had a fun and festive evening!

hmm halloween, this was one of the best yet! (even though its an American tradition and I still don’t sleep at night thanks to Witches from Eastwick)..  101 parties later I finished up at a Spanish nightclub called La Campagna, best music in a long time, 90’s pop amazing… dressed as puss in boots from shrek! I think the night is called Good God if anyones looking to suss it out
