I am so all about nutrition and diet, I have to share my greatest tip about living healthy. Simply start your day with something bitter! Bitterness is good for your liver and helps the detox process. We all enjoy a glass of wine from time to time (some of us more than others! ), but life is all about balance. First thing in the morning try putting a few slices of lemon in boiling water before you have anything else. Or try cranberry juice, although make sure it is the real deal - it’s got to be cranberry juice with no added sugar. It’s very bitter but perfect for a hangover as it’s full of Vitamin C. A good bitter grapefruit is also great, it helps you stay slim and gets the body working the way it should be… enjoy! xxx Joleen

I start my days with lemon in hot water and a jog, yoga or some form of exercise, then, depending on castings, I check the swell, and go for a surf or swim. I love the ocean. And star fish. I am from West Australia, one of the most isolated places on earth. It's beautiful and I have that to thank for my self-agnegation as well as my sense of adventure and love of the world oudoors! I recycle, have my compost and a garden that I love to wake up and water and look for pixies in. You gotta believe!
